Park Tool 2197 diamond abrasive for carbon brake mounts

The 2197 is an additional accessory for the Park Tool DT-5 and DT-5.2 disc brake milling tool set to enable easier and more efficient machining of disc brake mounts on carbon fiber frames. It has a soldered diamond grain surface that is over 100 times more durable and more effective on carbon fibers than the milling cutter contained in the DT-5.2. The 2197 sits between the milling cutter of the DT-5.2 and the brake mount and grinds the contact surface gently and evenly until it is flat and correctly perpendicular to the brake disc.
